Auntie Boss Actress Nyce Wanjeri, Mark Maina, Phoebe Ruguru and Dennis Wanjohi Maina put Kenya on the map as they all bagged coveted prizes during the sixth Africa Magic Viewers' Awards in Nigeria

Mark Maina was named the best picture editor thanks to his work on the iconic movie, 18 Hours.
Phoebe Ruguru's movie impressively scored two awards namely: Overall Best Movie and the Best Movie award in East Africa.
Dennis Wanjohi Maina who created awareness on the ills of underage prostitution in the Coast region through his heart shuttering documentary was awarded an accolade in the Best Documentary category.
The highlight of the star studded night was when Auntie Boss actress Nyce Wanjeri aka Shiro emerged tops at the Best actress in a comedy and TV series category.
Completely overwhelmed by the astounding award, Nyce narrated how it was her first time to get on a plane.
The beauty could not hold back her emotions as she repeatedly thanked her hubby, child and fanbase for believing in and supporting her throughout the actress's acting journey.
"Oh my God. First of all, God is a big God. I want to thank everyone who voted. This is my first time to board a plane and I came to Nigeria. It is also my first time to win an award," she said as she fought back tears.
